FREE Abs Circuit Online Video Workout

This abs circuit targets different parts of the core muscles, giving you a tighter stomach area as well as a stronger core. With this abs workout, you will be working out in a fast pace, as well as skipping between abdominal exercises - So make sure you have a skipping rope! The first couple times that you use this abs workout video, you may find that you cannot do all of the sets and reps, and that you need a rest period between exercises.
